🗓️ UNACLASS Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: JULY 14, 2025

 We understand that life happens. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds work for our online classes.

 

1. Student Cancellations


  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class start time are eligible for a full refund or credit.
     
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable.
     

2. Rescheduling

Students may request to reschedule their online class at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours are subject to instructor availability and are not guaranteed.


3. Instructor Cancellations

If an instructor cancels a class:

  • You will be notified by email or text message.
     
  • You will receive a full refund or credit.
     
  • We will try to reschedule the class or find an alternate instructor.
     

4. No-Shows

Failure to attend an online class without prior notice is considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund.


5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
