UNACLASS provides online and in-person educational classes in a variety of subjects including education, activities, social-emotional learning, clubs, coding, automotive, business, finance, music, parenting, health, hair and skin care, and visual/media arts. Classes are taught by qualified instructors to learners of all ages.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account.
- Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian create and manage their account.
- By using our Services, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts and Registration
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
- You must promptly update your account information if it changes.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Harass, abuse, or harm instructors or other users.
- Share inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material.
- Disrupt classes or misuse the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these rules.
5. Class Participation
- You agree to show up on time and be respectful to instructors and classmates.
- In-person classes may have separate guidelines for behavior, dress code, and safety, which must be followed.
- UNACLASS is not responsible for missed classes due to user error or scheduling conflicts.
6. Payments and Cancellations
- Prices for classes are listed on our website and may vary based on format or location.
- Payments must be made in advance.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a class may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Missed classes or cancellations within 24 hours may not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

7. Instructor Terms
Instructors must apply and be approved to teach. By agreeing to teach on UNACLASS, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your qualifications.
- Deliver lessons professionally and respectfully.
- Abide by local laws, especially when working with minors.
All instructors wishing to conduct in-person classes under the UNACLASS brand must have their business location(s) approved by UNACLASS prior to offering any lessons. This approval ensures that the location meets UNACLASS' standards for safety, accessibility, and teaching environment.
- Instructors must provide full details of their teaching venue(s) upon request.
- UNACLASS reserves the right to inspect and approve or deny any location for teaching purposes based on its compliance with company guidelines.
- Instructors may not use any unapproved or unauthorized locations to conduct classes under the UNACLASS brand.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the UNACLASS platform, including logos, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to us.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our Services without permission.
- Content created by instructors (e.g., teaching materials) remains their intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
9. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
10. Disclaimers, Liability and Insurance
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any class content.
- Your participation in classes is at your own risk.
- UNACLASS and its affiliates are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during any teaching sessions or activities conducted by the instructor. All instructors are required to have proper business insurance coverage to safeguard against personal injuries, property damage, or accidents during their sessions. Clients are encouraged to consult their own insurance policies for additional protection.
- Instructors may require clients to sign a waiver before participating in any activities. By signing, clients acknowledge and agree that neither UNACLASS nor the instructor’s business is responsible for any injuries that may occur.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
