Vision

Our vision is to become a trusted global leader in hybrid education and skill development by creating flexible, inclusive, and engaging learning environments that bridge the gap between digital and physical classrooms—preparing learners for a dynamic and interconnected world.

Code of Conduct

Purpose:

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for all students, educators, and staff. This policy outlines the standards of behavior expected from everyone involved in the learning process, whether online or in-person, to foster mutual respect, inclusivity, and accountability.

1. Respect and Professionalism

  • All members of the community (students, staff, and teachers) are expected to treat each other with dignity, respect, and courtesy, regardless of background, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.
  • Personal differences are to be respected, and all actions should be professional and mindful of others' rights and wellbeing.

2. Integrity and Honesty

  • Academic honesty is a core value. Students and educators must avoid all forms of cheating, plagiarism, and dishonest behavior.
  • Teachers and staff should be transparent, accountable, and reliable in their communications and interactions with learners and colleagues.

3. Communication

  • Open, clear, and respectful communication is expected in all interactions, whether face-to-face, online, or in written form (emails, assignments, etc.).
  • Educators and staff should provide timely, constructive feedback to students.

4. Confidentiality

  • All personal, academic, and health-related information about learners is confidential. This information must not be shared without the learner’s consent, except when required by law or in case of emergency.
  • Educators and staff should maintain confidentiality regarding any internal business or proprietary information related to the institution.

5. Attendance and Punctuality

  • Learners are expected to attend classes regularly and on time, whether in-person or online. Absenteeism or tardiness may disrupt the learning process.
  • Teachers should be punctual for classes and meetings, prepared with lesson plans and materials to deliver effective instruction.

6. Respect for the Learning Environment

  • All learners and staff should contribute to maintaining a positive, focused, and safe learning environment.
  • In-person: Learners should respect classroom furniture, materials, and the school premises. All personal belongings should be stored appropriately, and noise levels should be kept to a minimum.
  • Online: Learners must adhere to online etiquette, including muting microphones when not speaking, being prepared for class, and engaging respectfully during virtual discussions.

7. Harassment and Discrimination

  • The institution has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying—whether based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
  • Any form of harassment, including verbal abuse, physical intimidation, and cyberbullying, is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with in accordance with the institution's disciplinary procedures.

8. Safety and Well-being

  • The physical and emotional well-being of all individuals in the learning environment is a priority. Teachers and staff should be trained to identify and address issues related to student safety, including mental health concerns.
  • Students should immediately report any safety concerns or incidents (physical or emotional) to a teacher, administrator, or counselor.

9. Use of Technology

  • Students, staff, and teachers must use technology and digital resources responsibly. This includes the appropriate use of school devices, software, and platforms.
  • Students should not engage in any online behavior that may disrupt the class, such as distracting activities or inappropriate content sharing.
  • Teachers should maintain professional boundaries in online interactions, avoiding the sharing of personal or unrelated content in educational settings.

10. Disciplinary Actions

  • Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, which could include warnings, temporary suspension, or dismissal, depending on the severity of the breach.
  • Disciplinary actions will be fair, transparent, and in accordance with the institution’s policies.
